For how long can medical policy for migrants be issued?
Medical insurance policy for migrants can be issued for the duration of their employment on the territory of the Russian Federation - 45 days, 90 days, 180 days and 365 days. Thus, this VMI for migrants should be valid for the minimum period established by the Federal Law of 25.07.2002 No. 115-FZ on Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation.For this, it is necessary to contact the manager of EUROINS or leave an application on our website in the section FILL IN AND SEND AN APPLICATION FOR VHI POLICY FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS. -

In order to apply for the insurance, send us an email on epolis-migrant@euro-ins.ru, indicating your mobile phone, time and date of planned visit to the office and attach copy of the scanned copies of your documents:
- Reversal of the passport with your picture;
- Migration card;
- Registration.
Then come to EUROINS office to pay and get VMI policy.

The basic version of medical insurance policy "Student Economy" allows a foreign citizen coming into vocational and higher education institution to receive medical care during the period of his/her studying. The basic program is meant for the provision of minimally necessary medical services in accordance with the Russian law. If the basic program should be expanded with additional medical services which may be used by foreign student, we can offer medical insurance policy with a wider insurance program at an extra cost.4. Medical insurance policy based on program "Expectant mother" allows performing all the medical examinations connected with the accompaniment of pregnancy, except for obstetrics services, which are not included in this program. How is the customer support on VMI policies provided for migrants?
Operational support for persons insured under VMI policies for foreign citizens is carried out round the clock through a specialized communication console (telephone: +7 (495) 926-62-81). EUROINS manager will consult on VMI policy, receive a call from the customer, check the validity of medical insurance policy and list of services available to customer, accept an application from the customer and consult him/her on further actions. Voluntary medical insurance program for students:AMOUNT OF SERVICES:OUTPATIENT CARE on emergency conditions:Primary and repeated attendance, with the performance of necessary medical diagnostic and medical manipulations, acute and exacerbation of chronic diseases of the following specialists during the reception: internal medicine, surgery, neurology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, urology, gynecology, dermatology, cardiology, endocrinology, allergology, pulmonology , gastroenterology with the terms of the provision of services in the hospital less than 48 hours after prescription (if necessary).Instrumental methods of diagnosis, laboratory diagnostics, analysis of blood and other biological fluids of the body, medical treatment room services, execution and delivery of medical records, physical therapy.All mentioned services, as well as arrangement of FMA call round the clock through a single contact center or clinic registry.Home care service is provided within MRHW. Medical care according to the Program is carried out at the availability of the form 063-U (vaccinations) or outpatient medical card of the child.
Medical insurance program includes:
- Consultations of medical specialists - ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, children's surgeon, neurologist, pediatric dentist, obstetrician-gynecologist, urologist (andrologist), speech therapist (3-years).
- Laboratory diagnostics - general blood analysis, general urine analysis, stool ova and parasites test, analysis of glucose level in blood, blood clotting ability time and bleeding time.
- Conclusion - the final inspection of the pediatrician with final epicrisis.

- Prevention and treatment of diseases identified during examination.

Medial services associated with the following diagnosed diseases and its complications are not provided according to the program - health problems associated with self-injuring, including the attempt to commit suicide; HIV infection; acute and chronic hepatitis, with the exception of acute cases of hepatitis "A" and "B"; especially dangerous infectious diseases, including plague, cholera, smallpox, yellow and other viral hemorrhagic fevers; radiation sickness; mental and behavioral disorders, epilepsy, alcoholism, drug addiction, substance addiction, mental retardation; central nervous system disorders: cerebral palsy, demyelinating diseases, encephalitis and arachnoiditis, persistent dysfunction of the central or peripheral nervous system, as a result of past illnesses or injuries; conductive and sensorineural hearing loss; tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, leprosy, cystic fibrosis; congenital anomalies (birth defects), genetic disease; systemic connective tissue disease (rheumatic fever, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, rheumatoid arthritis); cancer and congenital diseases of the blood; diseases accompanied by renal or hepatic insufficiency, requiring extracorporeal blood purification techniques, including chronic glomerulonephritis (nephrotic and mixed forms), chronic pyelonephritis with renal impairment; malignant neoplasms; endocrine diseases accompanied by severe failure function of the endocrine glands, including diabetes - a separate program; immunodeficiency (primary and secondary); severe course of chronic obstructive bronchopulmonary diseases; 1-2 disability groups.
